I graduated in December 2008 from Queen's University Belfast with a Bachelor of
Electrical & Electronic Engineering. After graduation I developed my appreciation
for art again after abandoning art for a few years.
My love for art was re-discovered and it lead to a chain of events that brought me to creating this website, I discovered digital art as a big interest which attracted me to Photoshop, and as a vinyl toy collector I realised my main interest now is in character design. Therefore I taught myself Photoshop and Illustrator to become a cartoon artist.
The idea of having my own webite eventually led to me to learning and using Flash,
Lowlabs was born! I then moved on to Dreamweaver, (X)HTML and CSS to improve and develop Lowlabs.com.
Surrealism art and abstract art was what interested me. They bring up eerie feelings
as I think about it, they are creepy and disturbing but inspirational.
Several favourite and inspirational surrealists of mine are Salvador Dali, Max Ernst,
Man Ray and a few other surrealists. More modern favourite and inspirational artists
are Anarkitty, Frank Kozik, Simone Legno, Camilla d’Errico and the most influential Joe Ledbetter.
